Romaric is the National Coordinator at Biodiversity-Environment & Sustainable Development (BEDD) in Cameroon, working to advance conservation through leadership, governance, and community engagement. His work focuses on improving conservation outcomes in protected areas while supporting collaborative natural resource governance. His Executive MBA at the African Leadership University focuses on applying business and leadership tools to strengthen conservation impact, with a particular emphasis on improving outcomes for threatened carnivores and pangolins through better resource management and collaborative governance. Through this work, Romaric aims to improve community engagement, resource allocation, and collaborative governance approaches that support more resilient and sustainable conservation programs. 

He was nominated by Dr. Serge Alexis Kamgang, Founder and CEO of BEDD. 

Awarded the Handsel Scholarship for Wildlife Conservation.
