Felicity is a Nigerian bat ecologist and the Science and Engagement Coordinator at the Small Mammal Conservation Organisation (SMACON). In this role, she leads impactful field surveys, conservation education, and community outreach initiatives that inspire young conservationists and promote wildlife protection across Nigeria. Her scholarship will support her PhD studies at Texas Tech University, where she will focus on the human dimensions, roost ecology, and population dynamics of at-risk bat species in West Africa. Felicity is determined to shift community perceptions toward bats and foster coexistence, leveraging her research to influence conservation policies and practices.

Awarded the Sidney Byers Scholarship for Wildlife Conservation.
