Refilwe is the Communities for Conservation Senior Officer at Cheetah Conservation Botswana, where she works closely with communities and stakeholders to strengthen participation in conservation initiatives. Her work focuses on community engagement, facilitation, mobilization, and monitoring and evaluation to support sustainable coexistence between people and wildlife. She is pursuing a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics at Tarleton State University.
