Ruth is based in Nanyuki, a small town at the base of Mount Kenya in Kenya. She has a background in conservation in Africa, having previously worked with Save The Elephants and WCN’s Elephant Crisis Fund. Ruth is eager to apply her expertise to the Lion Recovery Fund, helping to protect and restore lion populations across the continent. Outside of work, Ruth enjoys exploring new places, reading, and savoring a good cup of tea. If she weren’t in conservation, she’d likely be writing novels.
